MULTI-VISIT PASSES
- Multi Visit Passes are active from the date of purchase and valid for 12 Months.
- Multi Visit Passes are non-refundable.
- Multi Visit Passes are only able to be used for their purchased purpose (gym, swim, classes)
- Multi Visit passes are site specific and can only be used at the site the pass was purchased.
- Refund for medical reasons will be considered individually. Exemption must be applied for immediately on return to the facility with a relevant Medical Certificate or via e-mail to coffspool@chcc.nsw.gov.au.
- Holders considering renewing at a later stage must retain their card.
- Multi Visit Pass holders must swipe their card on entry. Failure to produce your card may result in casual entry fee being charged.
- A $5.00 fee applies for all replacement cards.
- The centre reserves the right to obtain any Multi Visit Pass card that is used inappropriately as deemed by management.
- Children under 16 years of age are not allowed enter the facility without parent or guardian 18yrs +. Children under 5 must be in arms reach at all times, wearing a wrist band in line with the Royal Life Saving Keep Watch Program.
We reserve the right to add, delete or alter services and amenities such as terms and conditions, opening /closing hours, timetables, operating hours and other events that may be seasonal. Any changes or variations that may occur will be notified to you either via the email newsletter published when necessary, via the website, facebook or facility signage.
During all times you are on Coffs Harbour City Council Pools premise both your property and your person shall be at your own risk. You agree that Coffs Harbour City Council pools shall not be liable for any loss, damage or theft of any property that belongs to you occurring on Coffs Harbour City Council Pools premises except where caused by the gross negligence of CHCC Pools. Additionally CHCC Pools shall not be liable for any death, personal injury or illness occurring to you on CHCC Pools premises or as a result of use of any facilities or equipment provided by CHCC Pools except to the extent that such death, personal injury or illness occurs from the gross negligence of CHCC Pools..
I certify that I am in good physical health and have no limitations. If I experience any unusual symptoms during exercise, I will alert the instructor/lifeguard to the nature of the problem IMMEDIATELY. Should you suffer an injury, illness or condition in the future, it is your responsibility to advise us prior to your next visit to ensure that we have the most accurate information in the event of an emergency. I understand that at times nominated swimming pool areas may be subject to closure due to maintenance or seasonal requirements or bookings. I understand at such times the centre will endeavour to provide swimming and leisure space in either indoor or outdoor alternate pool areas, and that no time extension to memberships and or passes will apply.
Visit passes expire when all visits are used or when the 12-month expiry period is reached, whichever comes first. There will be no extension or transfer of visits. I acknowledge that the expiry date is not printed on the card. No refunds will be issued.
MEMBERSHIPS

- All direct debit memberships are subject to a $5.00 rejection fee on payments that are rejected.
- 3,6 and 12 month memberships are to be used for casual swim visits only. NO programs or classes included in membership.
- Active memberships are able to be used for casual swim visits, casual gym visits and group fitness classes run by Coffs Harbour War Memorial Pool.
Medical suspension canĀ be requested if a member is unable to utilise facilities and services offered by CHCC Pools for the reason of temporary physical incapacity.
Medical Suspension must be applied for in writing/email and a current medical certificate must be attached at the time of request.
Requests beyond your allocated allowance must be approved by CHCC Pools Management and is not guaranteed. Medical suspensions may be approved for a maximum of 3 months. Any requests for suspensions will not be accepted by phone.
This membership expires when the expiry date detailed above is reached.
