GROUP FITNESS & GYM FACILITIES

Coffs Harbour City Council Pools offers a warm and friendly fitness facility. We believe that excellent customer service is a critical component of any health club. Our staff and programs are focussed on inspiring all members to achieve and exceed their goals, whilst having fun in the process!

No matter your age, shape, size or fitness level, we will welcome you to the council family and provide you with the tools and support to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle!

Bookings are required for Aqua fitness classes. There is a 40 person limit per class.
Bookings can be made via the booking button below or by calling the facility. 


All group fitness classes are held within the Coffs Harbour War Memorial Olympic Pool facility.

AQUAFIT: 45 minute class held in the heated 25m indoor pool in the cooler months and outside in the 50m pool during summer/spring. low impact class great for all fitness levels and ages 

COREHIIT: 30 minute gym workout designed to strengthen the core muscles. performing exercises that strengthen the abdominals, back and glute muscles. 

TOTAL BODY 45: 45 minute functional training class using equipment such as battle ropes, kettlebells and med balls. 

METAFIT: 30 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) using only body weight. 

FIT FOR LIFE: Low impact 45 minute circuit based class focusing on strength, balance, core and functional movement.
