Active Kids Vouchers

ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER

Families may be eligible to receive a $50 Active Kids Voucher from the NSW State Government to use towards ongoing sports lessons. The vouchers are available for school aged students (4.5 to 18 years).

Please complete the form below if you would like to book into our Swim School program and use a voucher towards term fees. You will be contacted to arrange a class booking, and voucher redemption confirmed.

Please ensure you fill in a form for each child and have included the correct voucher numbers and student’s date of birth, as this may delay the time taken to redeem your vouchers. Terms and conditions as set by Services NSW apply.

How to apply for the Active Kids Voucher

  1. Visit sport.nsw.gov.au/activekids. Read the Guidelines and Fact Sheets to learn about the program.
  2. Visit service.nsw.gov.au and create or login to your MyServiceNSW Account.
  3. Complete an Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account. You will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email).

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. Vouchers can only be used for the named person.
  2. As per conditions of Service NSW, the Active Kids Voucher must be used for a structured program for a minimum of 8 weeks duration.
  3. Non-attendance in a program does not entitle credits to the voucher.
  4. Under no circumstances is the Active Kids Voucher redeemable for cash. Once redeemed, the vouchers are non-refundable or transferable.
  5. All terms and conditions set by Services NSW apply
  6. Booking must be for a minimum of 5 sessions or a minimum of 4 hours if during school holidays
  7. Voucher will cover some of the booking fee, families will need to pay the balance
  8. A limit of one Voucher per child per term applies

 

FIRST LAP VOUCHER

The First Lap Voucher program provides families access to $50 vouchers for children aged 3-6 years who are not enrolled in school. The vouchers contribute towards the cost of swimming lessons.

How to apply for First Lap Voucher

  1. Visit https://www.service.nsw.gov.au/transaction/apply-first-lap-learn-swim-voucher
  2. Check the eligibility requirements.
  3. Select the ‘Apply online’ button.
  4. Log in, or create your MyServiceNSW Account.
  5. Follow the prompts to apply for the voucher.

 

Terms and Conditions 

  1. Voucher can only be used for the named person
  2. Terms and conditions set by Services NSW apply
  3. Term bookings apply (must book a term of swimming – usually 10 weeks duration)
  4. Booking must be for a minimum of 5 sessions in either school term or school holidays
  5. Voucher will cover some of the booking fee, families will need to pay the balance
  6. Vouchers are not refundable once redeemed
  7. A limit of one Voucher per child per term applies
