The City of Coffs Harbour recently completed an engagement process to find new swim squad coaching providers for its pools at Coffs Harbour, Sawtell and Woolgoolga, as current service agreements end on Friday 4 July 2025.
After assessing applications based on merit, new coaching contracts have been awarded to:
Kim Roach for Coffs Harbour War Memorial Olympic Pool,
Kim Roach for Sawtell Pool, and
North Coast Swim Academy for Woolgoolga Pool.
We’re pleased to be able to extend swim squad coaching services to Woolgoolga Pool this coming season through North Coast Swim Academy.
We’d also like to thank Mr Daniel Bannerman and his team for the coaching services they have provided at the Coffs Harbour War Memorial Olympic Pool for the past 4 years.
Both providers are experienced operators who have previously delivered swim squad coaching services for the City and we trust will continue to offer excellent coaching services at their respective pools. Assessment criteria included swim coaching experience and track record, stakeholder relationship management, safety and risk management, pricing and commercial benefit.
More information about the new swim squad programs with Kim Roach will be provided soon.
