You can request to book an event or arrange for lane hire at the Coffs Harbour War Memorial Olympic Pool, Sawtell Pool or Woolgoolga Pool by completing the following online form – Swimming Pool Hire Event Enquiry Form.
Bookings are subject to availability of the requested facility. City staff will be in contact following submission of the enquiry form to confirm your booking.

Hire Agreements and Conditions of Entry
All event bookings are subject to the general conditions of entry of the swimming pool and terms set out within the relevant Hire Agreement.
- The Hirer is responsible for inspecting the Venue to determine whether it is suitable for the Event.
- All personnel, students and invitees of the Hirer enter the Venue at their own risk.
- The Hirer is responsible for supervising participants in accordance with the applicable Guidelines.
- Lifeguards are present at the Venue and are responsible for supervising the whole Venue, not solely the Hirer’s event.
- The Venue may be shared with the public unless hired exclusively.
- The City may update its Conditions of Entry at any time, which are displayed at the entrance of the Venue and on the City’s website.
